Philanthropist | Educator | Founder | Coach | Servant Leader

From the block to the throne, Meranda Harris is a transformational speaker, educator, and purpose-driven philanthropist whose life has been shaped by struggle, survival, and redemption—and is now anchored in purpose, faith, and legacy. Her story resonates deeply with students, millennials, and families alike, bridging the gap between lived experience and real, lasting transformation.

A single mother of two teen daughters, Meranda’s calling was not discovered in theory—it was developed through real-life challenges inside her own home. As she walked closely with her daughters through struggles with anger, self-esteem, and identity, she leaned into faith, intentional parenting, and leadership principles that led to true transformation. Where there was once chaos, there is now healing. Where there was once insecurity, there is now confidence and identity. That personal breakthrough became the foundation of her life’s mission.

Soon pursuing her Bachelor of Ministry in Leadership at Seapointe College, with a Psychology major background from Liberty University and Tidewater Community College, Meranda brings both academic knowledge and hands-on experience to every space she enters. She has completed specialized training in crisis prevention, therapeutic interventions, and behavioral health, and has served in impactful roles at CHKD Hospital, Harbor Point Behavioral Health, and Eastern State Hospital. There, she facilitated personal development groups, supported mental health recovery, and helped individuals rebuild from the inside out.

As an educator, she has taught and tutored reading and writing, developed structured lesson plans, and created environments where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow academically and personally. Known for her ability to build authentic relationships, manage behavior with empathy, and inspire confidence, she continues to refine innovative approaches to education while pursuing knowledge, wisdom, and certification.

Meranda is the founder of multiple purpose-driven initiatives that collectively impact individuals, families, and communities. Through the Set Apart Mama’s Movement, she equips mothers to break generational cycles, heal emotionally, and parent with intention, faith, and accountability. Through her L.I.T Movement partnered with other community activists & non-profits, she mentors girls ages 8–17, developing confidence, sisterhood, leadership, and emotional resilience.

She is also the founder of Arrows Academy, a faith-based microschool with three enrichment programs. Built from her personal journey, Arrows Academy creates a safe, Christ-centered environment where students grow academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually—focusing on identity, purpose, and leadership while equipping them with the tools to thrive in both life and learning.

Beyond education, Meranda leads community transformation through the Block by Block Movement, where she serves the unhoused and underserved, while hosting healing-centered events rooted in faith, fitness, and unity. Her work goes beyond outreach—it restores dignity, builds connection, and creates pathways for lasting change.

Meranda’s message is both lived and transformative: healing leads to purpose, and purpose leads to profit. Through her speaking, she empowers students, young adults, and families to confront their pain, rediscover their identity, and unlock the power within their story. She speaks with authenticity, faith, and boldness—meeting people where they are while calling them higher.

Whether on a school stage, in a youth program, or on a national platform, Meranda doesn’t just speak—she shifts mindsets, ignites purpose, and activates change.

Her mission is to help individuals and families go from healing to purpose—and from purpose to profit—so they can transform not only their lives, but their communities, one story at a time.
