Meranda Harris, is the top female millennial Speaker and Identity Shift Coach. Meranda is the CEO of B.A.G. Girls LLC while being skilled as a professional Mental Health Nurse at Children's Hospital of The King's Daughters (CHKD) & Eastern State Hospital. Meranda is soon to graduate from Liberty University, majoring in Psychology, with aspirations to open her own practice to incorporate spiritual therapy in and out of the churches. However, in 2015, she unexpectedly became an Undergrad for Healing at the School of the Hardknocks. It took Meranda 7 years to heal that wounded child from an impoverished, violent neighborhood that was still in her. Between that time span, she birthed two beautiful daughters named R'Mhani & Lilyonna; which happily gave her the motivation and strength to persevere in her life's trials and tribulations. In 2022, on her healing journey, Meranda became self-educated in BEcoming and majored in a master's degree for GODs Divinity & Purpose.

Since the age of 10 years old, Meranda wrote multiple poems and raps titled, Who Am I, Self-Identity, and a poem titled Identity about multiple personalities as well. Meranda's life's journey consisted of blood, sweat, tears, suicide attempts, emotional abuse, homelessness twice, welfare for 10 years, self-doubt, heartbreaks after heartbreaks, family affliction, gang violence and MORE. ​Her own life experiences has made her the best expert in her field.

On February 28, 2020, after a near deadly car accident, at that moment, there was only three things that finally mattered to Meranda: Building generational wealth, overcoming ALL odds, and helping individuals around the world become the best version of themselves as she has done and keeps doing!
